Το ετήσιο σόου απονομής βραβείων που τιμά τα μεγαλύτερα τραγούδια, άλμπουμ, καλλιτέχνες και πολλά άλλα της μουσικής, προβλήθηκε την Κυριακή, 4 Φεβρουαρίου στην Crypto.com Arena στο Λος Άντζελες.
Η SZA ηγήθηκε των φετινών υποψηφιοτήτων για τα Grammy με οκτώ, ακολουθούμενη από τη Phoebe Bridgers, τον Serban Ghenea και τη Victoria Monét που έλαβαν από επτά υποψηφιότητες η καθεμία.

Αναλαμβάνοντας την παρουσίαση για 4η συνεχόμενη χρονιά, ο Trevor έδωσε το σύνθημα για να ξεκινήσει η απονομή, με την Taylor, να αποτελεί ένα από τα πολυσυζητημένα πρόσωπα της βραδιάς αφού κέρδισε το βραβείο για το άλμπουμ της χρονιάς, συμπληρώνοντας τέσσερις νίκες σε αυτή την κατηγορία κατά τη διάρκεια της καριέρας της, τις περισσότερες από κάθε άλλο καλλιτέχνη.
